We didn’t see anything that came close produced by any of the "big Altadena agents." Not only was our property skillfully marketed but Ara made himself available during every single showing. Please, find a guy who will do that? If you have an agent who isn’t 100% in love with your listing, find another one. Our sale wasn’t "just about slamming a deal" as it is with so many others in the industry. Because of Ara’s assistance and knowledge base our sale went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with Ara and we’re not very easily pleased. We expect excellence from anyone we hire: Ara delivered over and over again. Just because there are others in the Altadena area who "appear to get all the listings" doesn’t mean you should go with them. Talk to Ara first. You’ll be happy you did."
